It’s all about believing in yourself! This is something I forget on a daily basis. People tell me I appear to have a lot of confidence, but I am the first one to admit that I doubt myself all the time. There are days where I do not like the way I look, the way I act, the way I speak, the way approach life… well you get the picture. I’m sure I’m not alone. However, working out has helped me to achieve a positive outlook on life and build self-confidence. Working out is for me and no one else. Not only does it build endorphins, but it builds self-esteem. Working on my physical health and my mental state transforms me into the person I want to be.
