So… I am still working out and it’s not only to look good postpartum, but I love the way it makes me feel. With all these hormones rushing through my body for the last 2 years (since I got pregnant back to back ugh), working out brings me joy and makes me a better wife and mama! I love SoulCycle for cardio, strength training, and planking for the core. Debating whether or not to make a workout video lol!
