24 Jul Workout, then Pigout!
I’ve grown up loving food but staying healthy and in shape takes hard work. I believe living a healthy lifestyle is all about balancing the good for your body with the good for your soul (i.e. stomach). My favorite workouts are a mixture of cardio and strength training, basically high intensity interval training (HIIT). However, it is key to focus on flexibility – I love Yoga. Yoga gives me better posture, more energy, and a positive state of mind. So get moving!
