05 Oct Fall Soups, Sweaters & Sweaty Workouts
Fall brings warm, fuzzy feelings of yummy hot soups under a cozy blanket while watching my favorite fall TV shows. I love to experiment with soup because you can literally through your favorite things in a pot and it tastes delicious. I also highly recommend pureed soups, especially with pumpkin or squash (I will post my favorite butternut squash soup this week!) So, get in a good workout because staying healthy is not just for summertime AND pull out your fall clothes from behind the closet. Happy Fall to All!
