Opah is underrated and underTASTED! This fish is a cross between yellow tail and swordfish…. buttery, substantial, and oh so yummy. Check out my simple recipe!
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- 1 lb. Opah Fish (love it from Whole Foods)
Salt and pepper both sides of fish well. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in cast iron skillet. Sear fish over high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side. Before removing fish from skillet, squeeze lemon on fish and serve to the people you love <3.
