25 Jul Brunch = Eat More?
“Brunch=Breakfast & Lunch, so you can eat more because you’re skipping a meal.” – my husband lol!
He isn’t far off but perhaps eating two meals at once isn’t necessarily healthy. Yet, I will say that a good workout deserves a bit of indulgence. Sunday calls for enjoyment and if that means eating your face off, by all means…please do!
