Spring into my 4th month!

Spring is here, have no fear!  I am in my 4th month of pregnancy but that doesn’t stop my workout routine!  Yes, I have had to adjust my workouts for the health of my baby boy but I have not stopped moving.  Spring is a fresh start for anyone wanting to kick it up a notch in their healthy lifestyles.  So get moving!  … even if you’re preggers 🙂
